Kim Kardashian: ‘Kanye & Cudi Album Might Actually Be My Favorite’

Yesterday (April 19), Kanye West announced a slew of new albums coming from GOOD Music. Among the announcements he shared on Twitter, he promised new records from Pusha T and Teyana Taylor, as well as two new projects from him. Even better, one of the LPs is set to be a full-length collaboration between him and Kid Cudi, and both of them will be arriving in June just a week apart from one another. With four new GOOD Music releases on the way very soon, Kim Kardashian joined in on the Twitter hype.

Cudi jumped in on the fun too, responding to her tweet with emoji love.

Referencing Kanye's track “Champions” with a gif of a “Ye' button,” Kim started off a series of tweets by letting everyone know she's already had a chance to listen to GOOD Music's upcoming slate of new records. First up, she tweeted her approval of Teyana Taylor's long-delayed album, which Kanye announced is arriving on June 22.

She explained that she got to hear Teyana's album during Kourtney Kardashian's birthday party, which she said turned into an impromptu “album listen party.”

Perhaps the most exciting of all her teases, though, is what she says about Kids See Ghost, the collaborative project from Cudi and 'Ye that's dropping June 8.

While she didn't give her thoughts on Pusha T or Kanye's solo records, it's safe to say we're expecting great things from those as well. Kim just made the wait for June all the more difficult, but at least May 25 will give us Pusha's next release, with Kanye's eighth studio album arriving just one week later on June 1.

YG Says He’s Russell Westbrook and James Harden Combined

There were a number of events going down in Los Angeles over NBA All-Star Weekend, including YG's first annual The Boogie, which featured a 3-on-3 basketball tournament and concert.

Complex News' Pierce Simpson caught up with YG before the tourney took place to get a sense of what the Compton rapper had in store for attendees on and off the court. YG also got boastful by saying he's a combo of Russell Westbrook and James Harden.

Pierce later chopped it up with Nipsey Hussle about his new album Victory Lap.

Teyana Taylor also dropped in to talk about her upcoming album, which is fully produced by Kanye West. Fans can expect that to drop within the next few months. Check out the full video, which also includes Belly, up top.

G.O.O.D. Music Producer Warns to ‘Keep an Eye Out’ for ‘Little Treat’

Is G.O.O.D. Music about to make a comeback?

Grammy Award-winning producer Anthony Kilhoffer put out a tweet calling for fans of G.O.O.D.'s heyday to “keep an eye out.”

It's been six years since G.O.O.D. Music dropped their compilation album, Cruel Summer. Now fans are speculating whether or not it'll be more collaborations (especially since an official G.O.O.D. Soundcloud page surfaced last month) or a one-off track from G.O.O.D.'s stacked roster which includes Kanye West, Big Sean, Pusha T, CyHi the Prynce, Teyana Taylor, Desiigner and more.

It could also be a track from a G.O.O.D. affiliate like Kid Cudi or Yasiin Bey. Last year, Kilhoffer teamed up with 808s & Heartbreak's co-producer and former G.O.O.D. Music member Mr. Hudson, for the track “Can't Forget You.” So it's likely that this is another track cooked up by the two as well.

Although there's no word yet from G.O.O.D.'s official platforms, fans are naturally hyped about any news of a G.O.O.D. return.

Teyana Taylor Killed the Runway at New York Fashion Week to Future’s “Mask Off”

When Teyana Taylor isn't fighting to get extra credit from Iman Shumpert—this isn't a euphemism, they are really about that role-playing life—she is killing it on just about every runway and stage she finds herself on. If her performance in Kanye West's “Fade” video wasn't enough proof, Taylor hit New York Fashion Week 2017 with even more energy.

She first made waves over the weekend, appearing at Italian brand GCDS' runway show on Friday. Taylor came down the runway and had a dramatic moment when she ripped off a pair of shades, looking pretty fierce in her all-white outfit.

The look was so fierce, in fact, that Taylor focused another cut of the video on her Instagram account, in an attempt to turn the walk down the runway into a commentary on her excitement for the return of McDonald's Chicken Select strips. This was a pretty severe right turn for someone who has access to food way higher on the restaurant scale than McDonald's, but I can't front, McDonald's definitely hits the spot when the mood strikes.

The caption may have also been an allusion to the “spicy” nature of her walk, which she elaborated on further in an interview with USA Today.

“When I watched the video I was like, 'Damn, I'm so extra,” said Taylor. “But then I realized I'm not extra, I'm spicy, that's all. I'm just spicy, I put a little spice in everybody's life.”

That's one way of putting it, and if that's the case, she took the spice to habanero levels during the close of Phillip Plein's show over the weekend. With Future performing “Mask Off” in the background, Taylor want berserk on the catwalk, dancing better in high heels than you or I probably could in our best pair of dancing shoes.

Say this for Taylor: she does not let her presence fly under the radar. You have to respect the willingness to shake up the stuffy space that is a catwalk, and if Future wants to show up and perform at other fashion shows, I imagine the audience for these events will get a hell of a lot more diverse.
